90.6% of households borne sale in the sixth month of the year were free housing and 9.4% protecteds. The free housing sales rose 20.6% in June year on year, adding up to 33.390 transactions, while public housing operations advanced 9.2%, with 3,466 transactions.

In the first six months of 2016, housing sales accumulates an increase of 16.4% over the same period of 2015, thanks to advances in 22.2% of operations on existing homes, as those made on new homes Flinching 2.5%. In monthly terms (June to May), home sales rose 1.2%.
