Our main objective is to reduce costs while maintaining the quality of the services that the Community enjoys, but optimising to the maximum the amount paid for them.

Each client is assigned a professional manager that serves the community in all the needs of your management, running regular visits to the farm.

  • Constitution and implementation of the Community. Elaboration of the Horizontal Division, Statutes and Rules of the Community.
  • Development and monitoring the annual budget of expenses.
  • Call for Ordinary and Extraordinary Meetings with the assistance of the administrator.
  • Check receipts and payments. Independent current account for each community in their own bank. Only the Community through the Board (President, Vice President and/or treasurer) may have the balances of the Community.
  • Issuance and management of the collection of the receipts of the joint owners, with custom control of unpaid bills.
  • Preparation of payrolls and Socials Insurances.
  • Preparation of Iva and Irpf (or non-residents, if applicable).
  • Industrial equipment available to the Community, if they so wish and do not have their own industrial.
  • Technical Team specializing in the technical inspection of buildings (ITE), environmental licensing (Parking) , at very competitive prices.
  • Legal team to cater for any type of procedure, since claim judicial modifications of unpaid to statutes or of horizontal division.
